FAQs

What is CBD?

CBD — Cannabidiol — is one of the many chemical compounds in a class called “cannabinoids” that naturally occur in cannabis plants. CBD has the capacity to deliver mental and physical benefits without the sensations of being intoxicated, and is known as the part of the cannabis plant with enormous therapeutic potential.

What is the difference between your CBD and other CBD I can order online?

Our CBD is responsibly (and locally) sourced in Colorado according to high standards for health and safety of our consumers. All Colorado-grown CBD is regulated and approved by the Colorado Department of Agriculture, and is also lab-tested.

It is important to know where and how the CBD you are buying is sourced. Independent third-party testing is NOT a mandatory requirement in the CBD hemp oil industry, so many companies have no incentive to test their products before selling them. So you always know that our CBD products are overseen by the Colorado Dept. of Agriculture, then lab-tested. Our products are also chemical- and additive-free to offer you the best and safest products possible!

Our products are tested and verified for potency, offering you a consistent and reliable experience that you can add to your daily routine.

I’m from a state where medicinal marijuana is still illegal. Can I still buy CBD online?

Yes! Our Colorado-grown CBD is regulated and approved by the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Please note that we currently only ship to US addresses – excluding Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota.

Will your products get me high?

Our products are formulated to deliver therapeutic benefits of cannabinoids without the unwanted side effects of intoxication or smoking, or the dietary concerns of edibles, so they fit seamlessly with your normal daily routine. ioVia Wellness products contain no THC.

Where can I find your products?

At this time ioVia Wellness products are available exclusively online. Contact us with any questions.

Will I fail a drug test if I use CBD?

Unlikely, but it depends. Most labs only test for THC but some testing facilities check for a spectrum of cannabinoids that could trigger a positive drug test. Our customers consistently report that they pass common drug tests while utilizing our products, but we recommend contacting the lab directly to confirm their procedures.
