Thank you for participating in our Friends & Family Beta Launch! We truly appreciate your time and support. Your feedback about your ordering and product experience will be crucial, so we ask that you please complete your test order and the two follow-up surveys by the dates requested.

  • Step 2: At checkout, use the coupon code LAUNCH100 for a 100% product discount. You will only be asked to pay shipping and handling, so we can accurately test the checkout process. Coupon only valid thru October 18, 2020.
  • Step 3: Upon ordering, you’ll receive a Shopping Experience Survey via email. Please complete the Shopping Experience Survey by October 18, 2020. Your feedback will help us improve the online store, so please be candid and detailed in your responses.
  • Step 4: Two weeks after your order is delivered (allow 1-2 weeks for delivery) and you’ve had a chance to try your product(s), you will receive a Delivery & Product Experience Survey via email. Please complete the Delivery & Product Experience Survey by November 15, 2020. Again, detailed responses genuinely help us improve so we appreciate your feedback. 

Please note that since this is an INVITE-ONLY beta launch, we ask that you refrain from sharing the online store or the discount code with others. We’re hoping to complete our public ioVia Wellness launch by the end of the year.
